This is my first real Artrage painting after a very long time.
And as always it was great fun.
I had no idea where this painting would lead me in the beginning, I just slapped some colours on the canvas.
After a short while a silhouette appeared that looked like a voodoo witch character, but it turned into this instead...

This character concept was done for a small competition we had among friends for fun. We had to create a 'Crazy Clown', well more like deranged, insane, twisted and evil.
I wanted to create a twisted Pierrot. I think Pierrots are freaky anyway, being silent and sad all the time. Or maybe it's my hatred towards anything related to clowns/mimes... yeah, I definately hate clowns

I did some sketching first in Artrage and colored it in Photoshop afterwards.

Here's a scifi fire (elemental) warrior concept. It's a bit of a fantasy-scifi mix, anyway that's what I wanted to achieve.
His flame head was inspired by ghost rider...
...and the shoulder mounted gun by Predator (that last one I just realize just now, must be subconsious )

Done in Photoshop.
